We are educated and will assist you the borrower with discussing and explaining financing program options, explaining the documents associated with the loan process, we inform you, in writing, of lock-in options. We explain all associated costs of the loan application, the disbursement of all loan application fees, walk you through the loan process, from application to closing. We provide you with a good faith estimate of costs and fees. We communicate with you throughout the loan process in a timely manner, and coordinate the closing of your transaction.
