Hourly and Salary Employees:
2 years W2 forms
2 years signed and dated tax returns
30 days most recent pay stubs
2 months bank statements
Valid Drivers License and Social Security Card.
Self Employed Borrower:
2 years business and personal tax returns signed and dated
year to date profit and loss statement signed and dated
2 months bank statements
Valid Drivers License and Social Security Card
documents submitted do not imply a loan approval. Underwriter may require additional documentation
in order to close a loan.
