VA- 100% Financing available to all veterans from the military or reserves.
USDA - 100% Purchases only. Financing available to individuals with-in a certain geographical area and income bracket. Also allows you to roll in all closing cost.
USDA Rehab - Qualifications as above with the ability to roll in costs for repairs on the home.
FHA - 203B - STANDARD - 96.5% Financing available for purchasing homes and manufactured homes. Down to a 530 credit score. **Restrictions do apply on credit scores below a 580.
FHA 203K -Same as above with the ability to finance repairs up to $35,000.00.
Conventional financing - 95% with mortgage insurance.
Conventional financing -80% no mortgage insurance.
Manufactured Home loans - Double-wides only 15 years or newer!
Commercial loans - a variety of options
Hard Money loans - High interest rates and low LTV ratios
Investor loans - Investors welcomed here!
Low credit score borrower programs - Down to a 500 credit score on some FHA and VA programs. **Restrictions do apply on the credit scores below a 580.
